At almost any given time, you can probably find me in my studio, covered in sawdust, paint, or some half-finished idea that I convinced myself I needed to build. I have always been drawn to making things. As a kid, that started with Legos. Today, it shows up through furniture, speaker building, screen printing, and any other project that lets me work with my hands and understand how something is put together.
That instinct to build has shaped the way I approach design. Craft has taught me patience, precision, and decisiveness. It has taught me how to research deeply, solve problems practically, and move from an abstract idea into something real. Whether I am building a piece of furniture or developing a brand campaign, I am always thinking about structure, material, experience, and how each decision supports the final outcome.
Design has always been the throughline. I grew up fascinated by the worlds, colors, typography, and visual systems of early video games. Games like Halo and Jet Set Radio still influence how I think about energy, atmosphere, and graphic language. That curiosity eventually became a career built around understanding why certain creative choices work, how they make people feel, and how they can turn a simple idea into something memorable.
In my professional work, I have been fortunate to bring that curiosity into a wide range of creative spaces. I have worked across branding, experiential, broadcast, content, and campaign design for athletes, musicians, leagues, stadiums, and major brands. My work has shown up in places like Times Square and Saturday Night Live, but just as importantly, it has been shaped by the less glamorous moments too: tight timelines, difficult briefs, shifting teams, and unfamiliar environments that taught me resilience and range.
What continues to excite me is the challenge of taking a brief apart and building it back up with purpose. I love finding the tension in a problem, understanding the audience, and creating a visual idea that feels both strategic and alive. As a designer and creative lead, I am always looking for the best way to fill the gap, whether that means shaping the overall concept, refining the visual system, directing the details, or helping a team push the work further.
At my core, I am a maker, a designer, and a creative thinker who wants to keep growing into the role of creative director. I care about craft, concept, and the people the work is meant to reach. I appreciate you taking the time to learn a little more about me, and I hope to speak soon.
Best, Jack
